Softfill is published by nutrx labs. Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard agreement for apps on the App Store. These terms add only what that agreement does not cover: how packs and Softfill Unlimited work, and what you may do with your art.
Free content
Softfill includes free packs, and every paid pack has one drawing that is free to try. Free content has no time limit and needs no account. Each day one drawing from a paid pack also opens for free until midnight. After that it locks again; any colors you added are kept, and you can finish it once its pack is unlocked.
Packs
A pack is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. Once bought, it stays unlocked on your Apple Account and on every device signed in with it; use Restore purchases in the app on a new device. Packs are not shared through Family Sharing. Prices are shown in the App Store for your country.
Softfill Unlimited
Softfill Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription, paid monthly or yearly through the App Store, that opens every pack in the app, including packs added later while you subscribe. It is shared with the members of your Family Sharing group.
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription at the price shown in the App Store when you started it. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under its own terms; to ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your art
What you color and draw in Softfill is yours. You may share the pictures and time-lapse videos you make, including publicly, for personal and non-commercial purposes. The line art, palettes and other content in the app belong to nutrx labs or its licensors and are licensed to you for use within Softfill; you may not extract, resell or redistribute them as such.
Children
Softfill is rated 4+. Purchases, Settings and links out of the app wait behind a grown-up check that is asked every time. The adult responsible for a device remains responsible for purchases made on it; Apple’s Ask to Buy feature in Family Sharing adds a further approval step for children’s accounts.
Changes to the app and to these terms
We improve Softfill over time and may change, add or retire features and content. If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top is updated.
